Sylvia is a passionate advocate for gender equality and women’s empowerment with over 14 years of experience in fundraising and managing donor-funded programs. She focuses on advancing gender equality and creating programs for women’s safety, resilience, and leadership across East Africa.

Her background includes managing initiatives in GBV prevention, HIV response, youth empowerment, and social protection. She is committed to human-centered, mobile models that reach women directly and strengthen their existing skills. She is also committed to building spaces where women lead, mentor others, and shape solutions that reflect their lived realities.
