At the moment we urgently need more sport or self defense teachers to support our activities. The minimum age is 21 for volunteers and the minimum duration is five weeks.

Your financial support helps us keep moving - literally. Every donation helps cover the cost of our van, insurance, fuel, qualified instructors, and more.
