Oladele Ogunmayi Oke
Oladele Ogunmayi Oke is a Social Worker, Global Trainer, and Gender-Based Violence Prevention Specialist with extensive experience supporting women, girls, and communities across diverse cultural contexts. She currently works as a Global Trainer, where she has trained and supported over 80 NGOs worldwide in implementing empowerment, safeguarding, and violence prevention programs. Oladele is passionate about empowering adolescent girls and young women, promoting healthy masculinity among boys and men, and challenging harmful social norms that perpetuate violence. With a strong background in Empowerment Self-Defense, safeguarding, and mentorship, she is committed to supporting trainers in Kakuma Refugee Camp to deliver impactful, sustainable violence prevention programs. Her work is driven by a deep belief in creating safer environments where women and girls can thrive, lead, and live free from violence.
