Nina Wennieck

Nina is a certified Krav Maga, Empowerment Self-Defense (ESD), and Impact Personal Safety instructor. She has been teaching self-defense since 2017.

Shortly after discovering ESD in 2019, she co-founded the Resilience Training Institute, where she develops programs that combine ESD with tools such as Nonviolent Communication. Through this work, she collaborates with individuals, NGOs, and companies, focusing on practical skills, confidence-building, and real-life application.

She has co-taught Training of Trainers internationally, including in Albania, Thailand, and Rwanda. In 2023, she initiated Impact Personal Safety Belgium, where she now supports a certified team delivering training.

Nina works with diverse groups, including women and girls, LGBTQI+ communities, refugees, and people in vulnerable situations.

Her focus is on helping people recognise their strength, speak up for themselves, and act from a place of confidence and personal power.
