Iwuoha Kelechi Cynthia

Cynthia is an accomplished humanitarian and development professional with over ten years of experience in program leadership, protection, gender inclusion, safeguarding, and advocacy across diverse contexts in Europe, Africa, and Asia. She has provided technical oversight in GBV programming, safe programming, multi‑sectoral coordination, and resource mobilization, with proven expertise in proposal development, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building. As a member of the UN Trust Fund technical review group on ending violence against women and girls, Cynthia has successfully coordinated multicultural teams and driven impactful interventions that promote inclusion, accountability, and sustainable protection outcomes.
