Bentah Achieng
Bentah Achieng is an experienced Gender-Based Violence (GBV) specialist with over nine years of experience in GBV prevention and response programming within humanitarian and development settings.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communication, a Diploma in Project Management, a Certification in Monitoring and Evaluation, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Research and Public Policy.
Her expertise includes program design, capacity building, grant and proposal development, and SOP review and formulation. Known for her strategic thinking and empathetic leadership, she promotes survivor-centered and evidence-based approaches to GBV prevention.
In her free time, she mentors teenagers from underprivileged backgrounds, helping them discover purpose and build confidence for a brighter future.
